Over the years of growing my own companies, there were thousands of major and minor decisions that determined degree of success. I had a major advantage - a mentor. All CEO's and presidents experience normal "isolation thinking". Who can you actually trust to talk with, be 100% honest, and get feedback from that has the experience and wisdom you need at critical times?
